The Bilalian Project
Published in the last issue of Muhammad Speaks, on October 24, 1975, before it became Bilalian News.
The Bilalian Project is a digital documentary history partnership between Precious Rasheeda Muhammad and Mahasin Abuwi Aleem that will provide access to education and resources on history of the community of Imam W.D. Mohammed. Their first effort is to look at the period the community was known as Bilalians, from 1975-1981. It will officially launch in 2018.
